At Web Design with an Edge / VibeShift UI, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, high‑quality work — from custom web design to our growing suite of VibeShift UI Plugins. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services and digital products.
1. Web Design Services
Because our work is custom and time‑intensive, the following applies:
- Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus planning and admin time.
- After work has started: Once design, development, or strategy work has begun, payments become non‑refundable.
- Milestones: If your project is split into phases, each completed milestone is considered delivered and non‑refundable.
2. Digital Products & Plugins
This applies to all VibeShift UI Plugins, including current and future releases.
- All plugin sales are final once access or download is provided.
- No refunds are issued for change of mind, incompatibility with third‑party themes, or lack of technical knowledge.
- We are not responsible for conflicts caused by external plugins, hosting environments, or custom code.
A refund may be considered only if a plugin is proven to be defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
3. Subscription‑Based Products (Future)
- You may cancel a subscription at any time.
- Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Support & Troubleshooting
We are committed to helping you get the most out of your purchase.
- Support includes installation guidance, bug fixes related to our products, and basic compatibility help.
- Support does not include custom development, theme modifications, server configuration, or fixing third‑party conflicts.
5. Chargebacks
- If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, licenses and access to updates/support may be revoked.
- Future purchases may be restricted in such cases.
